These terms describe how you are allowed to use Futurnu code products, what the license covers, and what to expect from payments, refunds, and support.

در اين صفحه شرايط استفاده منصفانه از محصولات کدي Futurnu، محدوده لايـسنس، نکات مربوط به پرداخت، بازگشت وجه و پشتيباني توضيح داده شده است.

License and allowed use

When you buy a Futurnu starter or kit, you receive a license to use its source code in your own personal and commercial projects for yourself or your company.
You may modify the code, combine it with other libraries or products, and deploy it to production as many times as you need for your own products.
You may not resell the starter itself as a competing template, share the full source publicly, or claim that you are the original seller of the starter codebase.

محدوده لایسنس استفاده از کد

با خريد هر استارتر يا کيت، اجازه داري کد آن را در هر تعداد پروژه شخصي يا تجاري براي خودت يا شرکتت استفاده و شخصي سازي کني و آن را در محيط واقعي ديپلوي کني.

چيزي که مجاز نيست فروش مجدد خود استارتر به عنوان قالب رقيب، انتشار عمومي کل سورس کد يا ادعاي مالکيت اوليه بر اين کدها است.

Payments and delivery

Payments are handled through external gateways or crypto wallets. After a successful payment and verification, you will receive access to a download or delivery page for the product you purchased. It is your responsibility to keep backup copies of the delivered files in your own secure storage.

Refunds and fair expectations

Futurnu products are digital code products aimed at developers who already have basic skills with the underlying stack. After you receive the code, it cannot be returned in the same way as a physical item. Refunds are therefore only considered in rare cases where there is a serious technical problem that cannot reasonably be fixed and makes the product unusable for its advertised purpose.

Futurnu products are designed to save you time and reduce technical risk, but they do not guarantee specific business results such as revenue levels, user counts, or funding. You are responsible for how you use the code, how you operate your own infrastructure, and for complying with the laws and regulations that apply in your country.

اين استارترها و کيت ها براي صرفه جويي در زمان و کاهش ريسک فني طراحي شده اند، اما تضمين کننده نتيجه هاي خاص مثل ميزان درآمد، تعداد کاربر يا دريافت سرمايه نيستند. مسئوليت نهايي استفاده از کد، راه اندازي زيرساخت و رعايت قوانين و مقررات محلي بر عهده خود تو است.

Changes to products and terms

Futurnu may update products over time to keep them useful and secure. The terms of use on this page may also be updated as the product line and legal environment evolve. When the terms change, the new version will be published here and will apply to future purchases and continued use of the store.

ممکن است براي هماهنگي با تغييرات فني يا قانوني، خود محصولات يا اين شرايط استفاده در آينده به روز شوند. نسخه جديد هميشه در همين صفحه قرار مي گيرد و خريدهاي بعدي و استفاده ادامه دار از سايت بر اساس همين نسخه جديد تفسير خواهد شد.
