Privacy and data use at Futurnu

A practical overview of what data Futurnu collects, how it is used to deliver your purchases, and how payments, logging, and support are handled.

در اين صفحه به صورت خلاصه توضيح داده شده است که Futurnu چه داده هاي شخصي و فني را جمع آوري مي کند، اين داده ها براي چه هدف هايي استفاده مي شوند و در مورد حريم خصوصي و تماس با پشتيباني چه انتظاري مي تواني داشته باشي.

What data is collected

Futurnu collects the minimum data needed to run the store and deliver code products: your email address for account and login, basic logs about requests and errors, and high level payment data from the payment provider.

Account data: email address and basic profile fields needed to identify your purchases and send login links.
Technical data: standard server logs and error logs for requests, which can include your IP address, browser or device information, and which pages were visited.
Payment data: non sensitive details such as amount, currency, time, product and gateway transaction identifiers returned by the payment provider after checkout.
Support messages: if you contact support via the widget or email, the content of your message and contact details are stored so your request can be answered.

چه داده هايي جمع آوري مي شود؟

براي راه اندازي حساب، ورود بدون رمز و تحويل محصول، به ايميل تو و يک حداقل اطلاعات فني درباره درخواست هاي وب نياز است. همچنين بعد از خريد، اطلاعات کلي تراکنش (مبلغ، واحد پول، زمان و شناسه درگاه) و پيام هايي که براي پشتيباني مي فرستي ذخيره مي شوند.

اطلاعات بسيار حساس مثل جزئيات کارت بانکي در سرور Futurnu ذخيره نمي شود و دريافت و نگهداري آن فقط توسط درگاه هاي پرداخت انجام مي شود.

How your data is used

To create and maintain your user account and purchases.
To send passwordless login or notification emails that let you access your account and downloads.
To process payments through third party gateways and match successful payments to your orders.
To debug errors and keep the store reliable by using non sensitive logs about failed requests or payments.
To reply to support questions you send through the widget or email.

استفاده اصلي از داده ها براي اين است که بتواني امن وارد حساب شوي، خريد را تکميل کني، به لينک دريافت محصول دسترسي داشته باشي و در صورت بروز خطا يا سوال، امکان پيگيري وجود داشته باشد. از اين داده ها براي تبليغات تهاجمي يا فروش به شخص ثالث استفاده نمي شود.

Payments and sensitive data

Futurnu does not store your raw card details or full payment credentials on its own servers. Rial payments are processed via local gateways, and crypto payments (when available) are handled via self custodial wallets. The store only keeps the non sensitive parts needed for receipts and support.

پرداخت هاي ريالي از طريق درگاه هاي داراي مجوز انجام مي شود و شماره کارت و رمز کارت در خود Futurnu ذخيره نمي شود. فقط اطلاعات کلي تراکنش که براي پيگيري، صدور رسيد و اعطاي دسترسي به دانلود لازم است نگه داشته مي شود.

Logging and analytics

The store keeps simple server side logs about errors and important events on the money path, such as login attempts, checkout attempts, and download access. These logs are used only to debug problems and improve reliability, not to track individual users for advertising.

براي مسيرهاي حساس مثل ورود، پرداخت و دانلود، خطاها و رويدادهاي کلي در لاگ سرور ثبت مي شوند تا اگر مشکلي پيش آمد بتوان آن را تشخيص و رفع کرد. در اين لاگ ها رمز، توکن ورود يا اطلاعات کارت ذخيره نمي شود و از آن براي رديابي تبليغاتي استفاده نمي شود.

Data retention and your choices

Purchase records and related logs are kept for a reasonable period so that you can access your products, receive updates, and get support. You can contact support if you want to know what basic personal data is stored about you or if you need help with removing an account that is no longer in use where this is technically and legally possible.

سوابق خريد و اطلاعات حداقلي مربوط به آن براي اين نگه داشته مي شود که بتواني بعدا هم به محصول، آپديت ها و پشتيباني دسترسي داشته باشي. اگر سوال خاصي درباره داده هاي ذخيره شده يا نياز به حذف يا به روز کردن اطلاعات خودت داشتي، مي تواني از طريق ويجت پشتيباني پايين صفحات با من تماس بگيري تا در حد امکان فني و قانوني بررسي شود.

ممکن است با رشد Futurnu و اضافه شدن قابليت هاي جديد، اين سياست حريم خصوصي به روز شود. نسخه جديد هميشه در همين صفحه منتشر مي شود و استفاده ادامه دار از سايت به معني پذيرش نسخه به روز شده خواهد بود.
